GROVE AND ORCHARD LOANS

Janus Ag Finance provides loans for citrus, almond, avocado, walnut, and other grove and orchard operations. We include the permanent plantings in the valuation of the land and offer loans up to 70% of the value. We work with owner operators and land owners with lease income. The majority of the orchard and grove loans we service are in California, Georgia, and Florida but we do provide financing in other states.

Many of our clients are investors with other successful businesses who enjoy the tax advantages to owning depreciable permanent plantings. Other farms are multi-generation family operations that have different financial goals. We help you consider your short and long term goals when creating a loan for you.
